
Assistant Professor of Special Education
Deb Keller, M.Ed., joins 亚洲无码University with nineteen years of experience in K-12 education, serving in diverse roles, such as paraprofessional, pre-kindergarten teacher, general education teacher, special education intervention specialist, instructional coach, and administrator. Her most recent positions were as a special education supervisor and principal.
Professor Keller is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Special Education at the University of Toledo. Her research focuses on instructional methodologies for students with social/emotional needs and the implementation of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to support students with behavioral needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at Franklin University and Grand Canyon University and has received multiple awards for her contributions to education. Outside of academia, Professor Keller enjoys traveling with her family and dog, spending time outdoors, and exploring new baking and cooking recipes.
